TRADITIONAL THAI FOOT MASSAGE is an amazingly therapeutic treatment and you are definitely left feeling like you had more than simply your feet and lower legs massaged. It’s a great treatment for runners as well. I usually include a flavour of this (or reflexology) within my monthly offers. Plus you can mix with reflexology, indian head or a back massage….so many choices! If you want to know more, you can read below…..

Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a unique and powerful therapy and an ancient form of therapeutic healing. Its roots are in India from where it was brought to Thailand over 2000 years ago by Ayurvedic doctors and Buddhist monks. It combines acupressure, energy balancing and stretching with applied yoga moves.
Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the lower legs and feet using rubbing, kneading, stretching and vibration techniques.

Some of the BENEFITS of Thai Foot Massage are:
1. Can improve circulation in the legs and feet
2. Simulates lymphatic drainage
3. Helps to boost the immune system
4. Aids the removal of toxins
5. Can reduce stiffness and improve flexibility
6. Reduces stress & mental tiredness
7. Assists relaxation & sleep

Ideally, treatments should be carried out every 4-6 weeks for those clients who wish to gain continued and increased benefit but you will also gain from a one-off session.
